Mehr als nur eine Erinnerung!
Cinderella…da kommen bei mir einige Erinnerungen hoch: wilde Feten, Klammerblues……. Ja ich war auch mal jung! Songs wie Bad Seamstress Blues / Fallin‘ Apart at The Seams oder Gypsy Road fanden und finden immer wieder ihren Weg in meine Radiosendungen. Das 5-CD Box Set „Cinderella – The Mercury Years“ ist für mich weit mehr als nur eine Erinnerung. Ein Stück lebendige Musikgeschichte. Hmmm … Nun muß ich irgendwie ein Mädel finden, das Lust hat mit mir dieses Stück Musikgeschichte zu tanzen!:) Solange höre ich die CD-Box durch!! (Die Redaktion, Viktor)

CINDERELLA veröffentlichen am 21.September das 5-CD Box Set „Cinderella – The Mercury Years“ mit allen Studioalben, sowie B-Seiten Live Aufnahmen und einem 16-seitigen Booklet via Caroline International! Die Glam-Metal/Hard Rock Band aus Philadelphia feierte seine größten Erfolge in den 80er Jahren mit Hits wie „Gypsy Road“ oder „Nobody´s Fool“ und verkaufte weltweit über 15 Millionen Alben!

Formed in Philadelphia in 1982 Cinderella was forged initially on a glam and Heavy Metal before shifting into a more traditional Heavy Rock and Blues based sound. The band had a string of multi-platinum albums (15 Million Sold Worldwide) and hit singles such as Gypsy Road and Nobody’s Fool, this box set brings together all the bands studio album as well as a selection of B-Sides and live tracks over 5 discs. The set housed in a clam shell box with a 16-page booklet has been approved by Tom Keifer comes with a new interview with Tom (by Classic Rock’s Malcom Dome) who speaks about the bands history and legacy. The set mastered by Andy Pearce from original tapes (where available).
